Services

It began as the stewardship arm for the group's own holdings and now takes on portfolios for private owners, families and investors who want one accountable manager rather than a chain of agents.

The work is unglamorous and exact: tenancy records, collections, service charges, contractors, inspections, and a report the owner can read in ten minutes. Condition is managed so that value is kept, not recovered later.

Owners abroad are served in particular: the group holds the keys, meets the tenant, pays the bills, and reports.
