Arabian Ranches is one of Dubai's longest-established villa communities, on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road in Dubailand, developed by Emaar in three phases since the early 2000s.
The first phase is set around the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club; the later phases add parks, schools and community centres of their own.
Homes are villas and townhouses of three to six bedrooms with private gardens, in the newer phases released under neighbourhood names such as June, Caya and Anya.
