Belgrove Residences: Nature-Inspired Luxury in Mohammed Bin Rashid City

Sitting quietly in the exclusive Dubai neighbourhood of Mohammed bin Rashid (MBR) City, Belgrove Residences by Ellington Properties offers a new standard of upscale living, infused with the elegance of nature. With the architectural elegance the market has come to expect from this sophisticated developer, the project presents aesthetically pleasing façades with breathtaking views of the natural and urban landscapes which surround the neighbourhood.

MBR City is a modern neighbourhood, located just a stone’s throw from DIFC and Downtown Dubai. A well-connected district, the area has the convenience of its residents in mind, through shared spaces which have been designed for community living. The neighbourhood attracts both professionals who work in Dubai’s key financial and business sectors, as well as families who value green, open spaces, but don’t want to compromise on connectivity. MBR City also holds the distinction of being the closest villa community to Dubai’s important business districts, which also adds to the family feel coursing through the area.
