Chic Tower

Chic Tower: Wellness-Inspired Waterfront Living on Dubai Canal

Perched on the north bank of Dubai Canal, Chic Tower is the culmination of a joint effort between DAMAC Properties and the renowned de Grisogono jewellery brand. With its unique architectural design featuring wave-inspired balconies – a nod to the canal below – and tiered terraces, the project harnesses the healing properties of turquoise, adding a sense of wellness and opulence. A sanctuary of calm, Chic Tower provides a holistic lifestyle experience designed for the discerning resident seeking health, elegance, and tranquillity in the heart of the city. Currently off-plan, Chic Tower is scheduled for handover in Q3 2025.
