DAMAC Coral Reef: Whimsical Design and Waterfront Luxury in Dubai Maritime City

An exciting residential development located in the Dubai Maritime City neighbourhood, DAMAC Coral Reef stands tall among other giants of the Dubai property market. In collaboration with French artist Vincent Faudemer – who brings a touch of whimsical charm to the project – unique interior designs abound in this DAMAC Properties project, complemented by captivating views across Dubai Maritime City Marina towards the Queen Elizabeth II Hotel and Dubai Creek. Thoughtful design has created an oasis in the centre of the city in the shape of Coral Reef.

A Private Sanctuary in the Heart of the City

Perched on the edge of the Dubai waterfront, Coral Reef takes pride of place within the wider community of Dubai Maritime City – strategically located between Port Rashid and Dubai Dry Docks. The neighbourhood – an extension of the old port – offers easy access to the sea, as well as the wider road network.

The area is the sole specialised maritime cluster in the UAE and GCC, making Coral Reef and Dubai Maritime City a neighbourhood heavily based around industry. The community is built on the premise of work-life balance, providing a unique blend of holistic living and working infrastructure.
