Ketura Reserve Villa Plots

Developed by MAG, Keturah Reserve is the latest addition to Dubai’s majestic landscape, an immersive experience that reinforces the city’s commitment to showcasing and preserving its natural beauty.

Envisioned and uniquely conceived to connect with the natural surroundings, the development places biophilic design at the core of its philosophy, with a fusion of modernity, nature, simplicity, and Bio Living defining every aspect of the project. Each detail comes to elevate and enrich the lives of every visitor and resident, combining luxury and outstanding amenities for a unique living experience.

A Biophilic Community in the Heart of Dubai

The development at Keturah Reserve, featuring villa plots, apartments, townhouses, leisure, and retail amenities, is still in progress but several elements are gradually becoming available for nature lovers, foodies, and families alike. For example, Matcha Padel Club hosts various restaurants that are now ready to receive guests. Adding to its allure is the unique olive tree setting, creating a strong connection with the natural surroundings.

The project's construction is valued at over $762 million and it has already witnessed great demand with high sales volume endorsed by investors and end users seeking a complete community experience. Keturah Reserve is set to change the game for Dubai’s prime real estate segment, raising the bar for future developments across the country.
