Les 8

When Al Barari developers decided to put forward the limited edition luxury villa complex Les 8, all odds were pointing to the project resulting in a sold-out success that captivated investors and homeowners alike.

Positioned against the backdrop of lush green open spaces and sparkling waterways, Les 8 comes with an unprecedented approach to sustainable living and eco-friendly practices, where family-centric vision and development are a prime focus.

Al Barari literally translates to "wilderness" in Arabic, where 80% green space envelopes its villa collection. With themed gardens featuring over 16 km of landscaped lakes, freshwater streams, cascades, and waterways, Al Barari is probably UAE's least densely populated urban development.

Various plants sourced globally contributed to a microclimate that is up to five degrees cooler than the surrounding area. This has been made possible by offering shade, reflecting the sun's rays, and naturally cooling the air through evapotranspiration, a process converting water into vapour. Landscape designer Kamelia Zaal, remarks, "In influential places worldwide, green spaces like Hyde Park in London and Central Park in New York were created. We believe this is Dubai's green heart. You can walk across Al Barari through all the greenery without having to use any of the streets or roads.”
