Murooj Al Furjan

Murooj Al Furjan - NAKHEEL PROPERTIES

Murooj Al Furjan takes shape as a distinctive residential subcommunity within Al Furjan, Dubai, delivered by the master developer Nakheel. This exclusive project features 418 villas nestled in one of Nakheel's most expansive and sought-after mixed-use developments. Taking up a sprawling five million square feet across two gated communities, Murooj Al Furjan's first phase unveils 314 thoughtfully designed four-bedroom villas and 104 elegant five-bedroom villas. These residences are seamlessly integrated into lush green landscapes, adorned with scenic walkways that gracefully intertwine with timeless, modern architecture. Named after the verdant surroundings that gracefully traverse between the homes, Murooj Al Furjan embodies the natural luxury of expansive living spaces amid curated shared spaces, ranging from parks and playgrounds to expansive community pools.

The attention to detail permeates every aspect in the creation of Murooj Al Furjan, extending a realm of sophistication coupled with the beauty of nature.

A Connected Community in Al Furjan

Close to Ibn Battuta Mall and Sheikh Zayed Road, the Al Furjan community has continued to flourish since its beginnings in 2007. Home to top-rated schools, community centres, and impressive leisure facilities, including a community club and its own metro station, Al Furjan brings to life an exceptional living experience.

In pursuit of excellence, Nakheel has appointed Al Shafar General Contracting to deliver the construction of the villas, townhouses, and infrastructure within the community, which are estimated for completion later this year. Unveiled in May 2021, the Murooj Al Furjan community stands in proximity to Al Furjan's retail Pavilion, community club, and Dubai Metro station. The serene environment presents homes thoughtfully placed amidst expansive green spaces, scenic walkways, and a wealth of amenities, including swimming pools, jogging tracks, sports courts, and shaded play areas. Encompassing a vast 560 hectares and currently housing nearly 30,000 residents, Al Furjan stands as one of Nakheel's greatest and most beloved mixed-use developments, blending convenience, luxury, and natural beauty.
