Overview
Palm Central Private Residences is Nakheel's residential offer at the centre of Palm Jebel Ali, the second palm-shaped island now under construction west of Dubai Marina. The second phase comprises three low- and mid-rise buildings holding two hundred and twenty-two homes: one- to four-bedroom apartments and four- and five-bedroom townhouses, from about 731 to 5,518 square feet.
Nakheel indicates handover in September 2030. Portal listings describe a 20/50/30 payment structure and, in June 2026, quoted one-bedroom residences from AED 2.7 million; the developer has not published a starting price, so entry pricing is on request.
