Parkside Hills

Parkside Hills by EMAAR PROPERTIES

Situated in one of Dubai’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, Parkside Hills offers the perfect balance of urban sophistication and the laidback lifestyle of Dubai’s suburbs. It is situated around Dubai Hills Park, as is the case with most of the community’s complexes. This creates an instant connection to lush greenery and makes this an ideal option for families who want to enjoy quality time outdoors without needing to venture too far.

Parkside Hills is a high-rise building spanning 21 storeys, which allows it to enjoy sweeping views over Dubai Hills Park. It features contemporary architecture with a sleek white facade and wide balconies designed so that there is no obstruction of the view. Landscaped elements have been integrated into the design of the building to create a seamless flow between the homes and the verdant surroundings. The areas immediately outside the building are pedestrianised, with beautifully designed paths leading around to the park, to Dubai Hills Mall, and to Dubai Hills Business Park.

The Apartments at Parkside Hills

This project reflects the youthful spirit that permeates the apartment clusters of Dubai Hills Estate. Available units consist of one, two and three-bedroom apartments that are ideally suited to younger families. The designs have a very European sensibility with flowing open-concept layouts and elegant finishes of stone, metal, and light woods. Each unit also comes with a fully fitted kitchen and cleverly integrated storage that is built in and maximises the use of space.

Greenery is at the heart of the residential offering at Parkside Hills, as all of the apartments feature tall floor-to-ceiling windows and have private balconies overlooking the park. Those living in corner units are especially privileged, with panoramic views encompassing the greenery of the community and Dubai’s dramatic skyline.
