Resting within a secluded cove on the islands, the new project reveals a captivating natural setting, featuring a 700-metre beach accessible to all residents. Rixos Dubai Islands Hotel & Residences by Nakheel is a branded luxury complex consisting of four nine-storey buildings. The project offers a range of residences including 1–3 bedroom apartments, 4-bedroom duplexes, 2-3 bedroom beach houses, and a limited selection of just 10 standalone villas with direct access to the beach.

The three-bedroom apartments offer a spacious living experience, with approximately 4,880 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, while the villas come with 6,350 square feet and private swimming pools.
