Overview
Skyhills Residences is a twin-tower residential development by HRE Development in Dubai Science Park, overlooking Umm Suqeim Road. The two towers — the taller reported at forty storeys, the second at thirty-three — rise from a shared amenity podium whose roof carries pools, a lazy river, sports courts and gardens, with retail at street level.
Residences range from furnished studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom duplexes. The developer has offered post-handover payment plans, and handover of the first phase has been reported ahead of schedule.
