Tara Park, Reem Island Abu Dhabi

Tara Park is a mid-rise apartment complex set on Reem Island, one of the most exclusive offshore destinations in Abu Dhabi. Developed by Modon, Tara Park offers a modern living space surrounded by some of the emirate’s most notable attractions and lifestyle facilities. It is an ideal setting for single professionals due to its proximity to commercial centres like ADGM, and for growing families who can find all of life’s essentials within easy reach.

Sitting atop a series of interconnected landscaped podiums, Tara Park embodies its name by creating a lush parkland setting in the midst of a rising urban hub. The complex offers a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments with generously sized layouts and thoughtfully designed interiors to maximise the living experience.

Each residence has a refined European-inspired aesthetic with neutral palettes, high-quality finishes, integrated kitchen spaces and full-height glazing that brings in abundant natural light. Warmth is infused into every element of the design through the choice of materials and accents. Key areas extend out to balconies that look out over the cityscape and the shimmering waters surrounding the island.

The podium level of Tara Park is its social heart, offering a wealth of amenities and facilities that engage the senses and invite socialisation. At the heart of it all is a community centre that offers spaces to dine, unwind and avail of essential services. A communal swimming pool, fitness centre and play area let residents of all ages stay active, alongside cycling tracks, basketball courts, and more. Top schools are located in the area, giving parents additional peace of mind.

Reem Island is located just off the northeastern edge of Abu Dhabi, offering a mixed-use destination that includes residential, retail and commercial spaces. The island offers top-tier educational options in the form of Repton School and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, and is centred on the vibrant Reem Mall. Parks and other openair destinations make it an ideal choice for families. It is only 15 minutes away from ADGM, the emirate’s chief financial centre, and is less than 20 minutes from the heart of the city.
