All villas in The Acres are freehold, affording all nationalities 100% ownership over their properties.

The Villas – A Vision of Organic Design

Each home in The Acres is an exquisite display of contemporary architecture, incorporating organic materials such as textured stone and wood to harmonise with the natural surroundings. Double-height ceilings, open-plan layouts, and full-wall windows create a living space that is bright and resplendent year-round, with expansive floor plans and large private gardens. Villas in The Acres range from 3 to 5 bedrooms, while The Acres Estates provide larger living spaces with up to 7 bedrooms.

The Acres Estates – Exclusive Living

The Acres Estates, the most exclusive sub-community in The Acres, comprises the Ivory and Amber Collections. Homes here feature stunning private pools set in expertly landscaped gardens, with up to 11,089 sq. ft of elegantly-appointed living space. A design highlight of homes within the Ivory Collection is a grand tree that stands in the centre of the home – a grounding, unique feature that is as inspiring as it is impressive. The seven bedroom configurations feature a serene water fixture at the entrance, setting a sophisticated, calm tone from the moment of arrival. Homes in the Amber Collection offer similar architectural features, but offer greater privacy. These expansive villas are spectacular for family living and hosting, with multiple outdoor terraces and sliding glass doors connecting the living areas to the pool area. The Acres is currently under construction, with homes scheduled for handover in Q4, 2027.
