Overview
The Meriva Collection is a waterfront ensemble by Ellington Properties on Island B of Dubai Islands, the island district north of Deira now being developed by Nakheel. The collection comprises five residential buildings, a signature residence and a hotel, holding about nine hundred and three homes: one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses from roughly 823 to 4,648 square feet.
Ellington offers a 70/30 payment plan. Handover is indicated for the second quarter of 2030, though other sources give the first quarter of 2030 and the fourth quarter of 2031. Listings in April 2026 quoted from AED 2.7 million; the developer's own starting price is confirmed at enquiry.
