The Opus

When life transforms into art, Omniyat’s Opus takes on a whole new dimension at the heart of Burj Khalifa district in Business Bay. As a unique city itself, Dubai is constantly evolving into an urban model of excellence and futuristic innovation, reflected in its outstanding residential offerings. The most obvious manifestation of Dubai’s ambition in the realm of real estate are developments created by visionary developer Omniyat that redefine the city’s architectural landscape and premium lifestyle offerings in the region.

Opus, designed by Dame Zaha Hadid offers a bespoke experience and is a significant landmark in Omniyat’s passage to excellence. As an icon of architectural distinction in Burj Khalifa district in Business Bay, Opus is a destination in its own right for, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the real estate sphere. Dame Zaha Hadid envisioned Opus as a fusion of art, design, and futuristic vision in the heart of Dubai, combining luxury, functionality, and livable spaces in a work of art. The Opus residences are the only homes in the world designed and furnished by Dame Zaha Hadid, offering a rare opportunity to own a piece of Hadid’s remarkable legacy.

A Bespoke Collection of Residences

The complex is a mixed-use development combining a variety of commercial and residential spaces, a club, several restaurants, and the ME Hotel operated by the leading hotelier group Me by Melia. Opus extends its residential offering with a limited collection of 96 furnished residences, with handpicked pieces crafted by the designer to reflect the heights of sophistication and elegance.

Redefining Architectural Standards

Opus reveals two interconnected structures that form a single cube that seems to float above the ground, eroded by a fluid void. Adjacent to Downtown and Dubai Water Canal, Opus is a masterwork of design that explores the interplay between solid and void, interior and exterior, opaque and transparent.
