Waterfront Serenity Mansions

Tilal Al Ghaf is quickly emerging as one of Dubai’s most upscale villa communities. Developed by Majid Al Futtaim, this flagship mixed-use community spans 3 million square metres, with a majority of the land dedicated to open green spaces. Among the most coveted sub-communities in Tilal Al Ghaf is Waterfront Serenity Mansions – a collection of customisable villas set around the sandy shores of the Lagoon Al Ghaf.

Each mansion at Serenity is a canvas for individuality, designed in collaboration with world-renowned architects SAOTA and interior specialists BLINK. Whether it’s the striking sculptural lines of the ‘Ash’ façade or the earthy warmth of the ‘Earth’ concept, every detail has been carefully considered to reflect a refined sense of taste. Interiors draw inspiration from cultural landmarks, with themes that nod to the Museum of Modern Art and the Uffizi Gallery. Buyers can select three customisable villa types – Ara, Luna, and Ayla – with options for six- or seven-bedrooms.

Inside, double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive terraces create a fluid connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape. With built-up areas ranging from 12,270 to 17,760 square feet, these homes are as much about presence as they are about possibility. A grand entryway welcomes you, leading into open-plan lounges and dining areas that effortlessly flow onto shaded terraces, private gardens, and infinity-edge pools that mirror the lagoon beyond.

Every mansion offers the opportunity for bespoke personalisation, ensuring that no two homes are ever truly alike. The basement, a rarity in Dubai’s property market, can be transformed into a cinematic home theatre, a gym, or even a tranquil Japanese tearoom. Rooftop terraces offer another dimension of possibility, whether as an entertaining space with panoramic views or a secluded retreat beneath the stars.

Throughout the home, smart technology elevates the living experience. Climate control, lighting, and security systems are seamlessly integrated, allowing for effortless management at the tap of a screen.
