Extraordinary Custom Mansion by the Golf Course

This stupendous 9-bedroom mansion is located in Emerald Hills, a private enclave within Dubai Hills Estate. The mansion spans roughly 31,000 square feet and seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces via automated floor-to-ceiling Belgian glass walls. The stone wall cladding is a rare Portuguese import, only available to a few clients worldwide.

A double-height foyer leads into a grand living space comprising a majlis with terrace, formal dining room, formal and informal lounges, and an open kitchen coupled with a spacious chef’s kitchen. Two guest suites have their own terraces and entrances. The living spaces and a lovely breakfast area flow out to landscaped gardens with a Havana pool and swim-up bar, and sunken seating around a fire pit. The home overlooks panoramic views of the golf course and the Dubai skyline including Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. Finding a home with such an expansive view is extremely rare.

The first floor contains a family room with its own pantry and terrace, four bedroom suites, a master suite, and a Royal Suite with a dressing room. A Presidential Suite on the rooftop level includes his and hers dressing rooms, a private garden, and a helipad for illustrative only, but can be included in the sale.

The basement houses an Atmos home cinema, gymnasium, lounge and bar, Moroccan bath with steam room, 5-car garage, and a private courtyard with views of the open sky. Staff and service rooms are located on this level too.

Every detail has been crafted to elevate the living experience, with bespoke Italian furnishings from brands like Armani, Roca, and Meroni Collezione. The home is infused with calming earthy tones, and also has freestanding marble buffet tables, full-height pivot wooden doors, Italian marble floors, Gessi sanitaryware, and suspended lighting across the double-height spaces.

This home is currently being built and is expected to be ready within 10 to 12 months.
